BONUS REVIEW by John Schaefer
Matt Smith's 11th Doctor adventures with the Silurians concludes. Joshua Hale Fialkov's writing is spot on with the personalities of the Doctor, Amy, and Rory. And his ending dilemma for the Doctor is right on the money. Right down to his last arrogant statement to the Silurian scientist. The only problem I have is the different style of artwork as done by Matthew Dow Smith. It's not a case of bad artwork, it's just so totally different than what I'm used to. Matt Smith still looks like Matt Smith, Karen Gillan still looks like Karen Gillan. But the unique use of shadow and the squared off forms are very alien (pardon the pun) to me. It's not going to stop me from buying or enjoying this book. It's just (Not to be repetitive) different.
