(W) Joshua Williamson (A/CA) Howard Porter 'The Flash Year One' continues! Things are not looking pretty for the Flash, who just got his scarlet butt handed to him by the Turtle. BONUS REVIEW by "Doc" Schaefer
 Really on the fence about this one. The idea of reusing the Year One concept does not especially appeal but the return of the Turtle is a reminder of the days of simplistic villains and what made the Flash Rogues the most loved. Even if we had to incorporate the Turtle's lack of speed into a mutant power and not inventive gadgets. The beginnings of the Barry Allen/Iris West romance is cute and an impressive update. Throw in the early beginnings of Captain Cold and we start moving the story in a good direction. Over all, Williams and Porter story has some good points but I have to ask the question, why is it needed. All the years of restarts gives me a twitch.
