BONUS REVIEW by Shawn

You know what's odd? Rick Jones is not in the MCU. That means that the guy who got Banner turned into the Hulk, the guy responsible for the formation of the Avengers (Same dude who's a big deal in the Kree-Skrull War), same teenage folk singer who was Captain Marvel, twice, the fellow who bank-rolled the Runaways, and was also A-Bomb, not a frame in the cinematic universe. It's not like he's "Snapper" Carr or anything. It's just odd. Anyway, Immortal X-men starts off by doubling down on all things Hickman, proceeds to ham-fistedly introduce the Eternals/X-Men/Avengers thing in the middle, and then has a last page that will probably make it one of the niftiest X-Books in years if used properly. Highly recommended for all of you who were going to buy it anyway.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
