It's Lobo. It's not drawn by Biz, who is apparently busy scrawling things for Danzig, but that can be forgiven because the Kyle Hotz art is just swell. Not only that, there's only one panel with space dolphins, leaving that much more room for Lobo Facts and copious amounts of violence. Highly recommended for anyone longing for a comic featuring a villain named Murdercrotch Slaughterface, and well, that pretty much that says it all.
