This comic offers two stories; one, from the forties, gives a glimpse of life before refrigerators and highways and millions of cars, which is excellent for kids to see. Mickey owns a horse, Tanglefoot, who helps him in his job…sort of. The other harkens back memories of Fantasia and Mickey’s penchant of creating clones of something, though this time it ain’t brooms. My favorite comics are simple; a one or two-part story, that ends where it begins (mostly) and offers incremental changes to the main characters. Mickey offers that old-time magic, and more.
