My Hero Academia Vigilantes GN #01 $9.99 Quantity
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
(W) Hideyuki Furuhashi (A/CA) Betten Court Koichi Haimawari couldn't make the cut to become an official hero, so he uses his modest Quirk to do good deeds in his spare time. Then one day a fateful encounter with some local thugs leads him to team up with two other unlikely heroes. None of them really know what they're doing, but they've got the courage-or foolishness-to try. But they soon discover fighting evil takes more than just being brave… For teen audiences. Date Available: 07/04/2018

Fans of the anime show rejoice! After being forced to sit through Season 2 by my daughter, I can say that the story and art here are spot on and keep the personalities and plots in line. In all honesty, the concept of a world where hundreds of people develop super powers (called "quirks" here) and schools and mentor programs are set up is interesting and in certain cases thought provoking. I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
