 This is issue #175b of 'The Walking Dead'. There have been plenty of issues focusing on side characters previously, so this fits right in. There are no surprises here, aside from the generosity of Kirkman/Adlard to work for free on an oversized issue of the arguably most important indy book of the last 15 years. In the category of 'no surprises', you'll probably at least want some colorful Negan dialogue and grotesque Negan violence- relax, there's both! The only line we can really print here is "Well. That didn't work." In context, it will probably have you rolling. Lack of surprises aside, this is not a throwaway book, but a pleasant return of one of the least pleasant characters in comics. Be honest though...we were all rooting for him near the end of the series, right? I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
