 While I hate to admit it, this little holiday special is really something. While focasing on the more popular villians, a few second stringers get a chance including the Toyman and the Prankster. What's more is that the stories here are really well written and are a joy to read. From the Joker dealing with an imposter to Chronos trying to fix time, all of the stories here are worth reading every word. And the artist teams here take those stories and run with them. A definate holiday classic. I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
