Holy Cr*p! I think I have a new favorite 2019 book! Who would have thought that Inage Comics would have this little bizarre title on the stands. And just for the record, the subtitle "with lots of swears" doesn't do it justice. Derek Hunter & Jason Young's story of a cute little super-heroine who just wants to help quickly goes off the deep end! And Hunter's art style just adds to the goofy cartoon nature of this series. But the best part of the story is that you actually feel bad for poor Gamma Rae as all her good work quickly goes to H*ll! And her feelings towards the hero hecklers is priceless. This is a true gem but don't let the cartoony art fool you. Unless you kids were brought up by your dranged uncle the longshoreman, this could teach your children a whole new vocabulary!
