What If? the Punisher could literally punch a bad guys head off?
If that sentence made you roll your eyes, then this might not be the book for you. However, if a small smile landed on your face (assuming it has not been recently punched off) just then, ignore the mediocre art and give this one man army a chance.
Highly recommended for those who feel that Netflix should give their next Punisher series a substantially bigger budget.
