Something wicked crawled out screaming. Edith "Eddie" Miller has no grand plans or great prospects. She spends her days sleeping in and her nights working shifts at a gas station. But when her younger sister fails to come home, Eddie unearths a web of missing girls and rotting bodies. The police prove useless, so Eddie teams up with her best friend, Rainer, in a desperate hunt to find her sister. The only thing is—Eddie believes her best friend might be the Devil himself.

BONUS REVIEW by Rick Berg

This is easily the worst comic I have looked at and read this year. The storytelling is unclear as to what is going on at times. I still have no idea what a few panels are about, just dark poorly drawn shadows. The character designs are so similar I could not tell who was who for most of the issue. The writing did not clear things up either, unless person A said the name of person B, I could not tell them apart. I literally had to search for which person had middle lip ring vs the one with the side lip ring. One of them was pale white in some panels and the exact same skin tone as everyone else on the next page. And the fact that the who I think is the main character does not guess what a major reveal for issue #2 will be half way through this issue? They deserve their fate and whatever tragedies befall them going forward. Yucky doo doo. It gets 1 graham for being published by a publisher I recognize and 1 graham for making everything else I read this week better. Buyer beware.

I give it 2 out of 10 Grahams
