BONUS REVIEW by RICK BERG

So I read a super positive review of this book last month and felt I should try it since I am so maligned about having no god of thunder. Surprise! This book is really good. Excellent maybe even. Sean McKeever writes (at least to me) very realistic characters. I believe that after being dumped by your first love that you will be crushed and that seeing Spider-Man might actually make you feel better. I sympathize with M.J. as she struggles to tell Peter her true feelings. My only slight complaint is that the art lacks some energy and feels a bit sparse at times. I mean c’mon are there really only 6 people in a high school? Or only 3 people on a train? Sure it adds a little to M.J.’s loneliness on one level but it is really boring to see such empty bland panels.
