Wow I really enjoyed this issue. Yeah yeah I know, it?s not Peter, Peter?s ghost is annoying, and Peter will be back. Blah Blah. Blah. Let?s do some checking. Spider-Man looks like Spider-Man, check. He stops crime, check, JJJ yells at Spidey, check. Peter Parker has still has terrible luck, check. No matter how hard he tries to stop it bad stuff still happens, check. Thor was replaced by an architect wearing a bad Halloween costume for 2 years and was called Sparky, so stop crying. End rant. Slot delivers another round of refreshing to read Spidey. I LOVE mad scientist Peter Parker as played by Doc Ock. LOVE it. Sure he presents his ideas like an egocentric ass, but thousands of Spider-bots keeping an eye on the city? That?s something the kid who made web-shooters and spider-tracer back in high school should have created years ago. Heck that?s something the Avengers or Fantastic Four should have thought of. And the fact that they crawl all over him, is amazing, spectacular if you prefer. I also enjoyed Camucoli?s art on this issue; his usual habit of being colored terribly does not happen in this issue. Defiantly liking this new direction, try it for yourself.

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
