BONUS REVIEW by Rick Berg

Man oh man oh man. Kelley Jones's artwork is a thing of delight and disgust. And not in the way you would usually think. His faces of the "normal" folk dealing with this dark and foreboding book are getting worse somehow. I hope and kinda believe that as this book travels further and farther down into the putrid horrors that await young Daphne, that he is doing it on purpose. That said every vile and disgusting slimy creepy skinless (you'll know) thing is an exquisite sight to behold. You can literally see and feel the darkness oozing around as Brother drags Daphne along her descent into madness. Not even the help of Mr. Brooke, a spiritual expert and debunker of falsehoods, can help Mrs. Byrne escape the clutches of Mrs. Swarthmore! And just who is behind Daphne and Brother's supernatural proclivities? Pick up the feel good book of the week and find out?!?

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
