All hail King Deadpool! This issue crowns the 2019 run of everyone's favorite "Regeneratin' Degenerate" and he is back in all his spastic majesty. Kelly Thompson is taking the lead on this one, but don't let that scare you off! She is working hard to redeem herself after what she did to the West Coast Avengers! (sorry, not sorry.) I think this issue is worthy of purchasing #2 when it releases. The art is fun, yet it's balanced enough to be serious when it needs to be. Which is an excellent reflection of the Deadpool character himself, the antics he pulls, all tripled with the dire and all too serious challenges he's faced with.
