Godzilla takes on his greatest foe yet-The Great Gatsby! The year is 1922. Mysterious man of luxury Jay Gatsby continues to throw parties from his palatial Long Island estate, all in hopes of attracting the attention of his love, Daisy Buchanan. But his affair is interrupted as his party attracts the one thing more dangerous than love: GODZILLA. Now, Gatsby has no choice but to turn his undying will away from his love of Daisy and onto revenge against the monster who destroyed his home. Come along with Gatsby on the journey of a lifetime in three oversized issues as he combines forces with the greatest men of the 20th century to stop its greatest monster-written and drawn by cult favorite comics creator Tom Scioli (Fantastic Four: Grand Design, Jack Kirby: The Epic Life of the King of Comics).

Hey Kids! Have you ever wished that League of Extraordinary Gentlemen had the whimsy of Axe Cop, and also Godzilla? Of course you didn't, because nobody had until just then. Anyway, that's the vibe of this odd mini-series. It certainly won't be everybody's jam, but it's definitely one of the most unique books on the rack right now. If only Godzilla's spines turned into axes and he could change their shape and stuff. Now that would sell 250,000 copies. Highly recommended for those who spend their summers pining over the girl across the lake, kaiju that want to get out of the lake and just stroll around, and those unafraid to be stared at by the eyes of God. The sign is a metaphor, just like Godzilla you see.
